Use the Answer Planner tool when you need to:
- Create a structured framework before writing your tender response
- Ensure all sub-requirements and evaluation criteria are systematically addressed

This tool works exceptionally well when used after the Question Analyser tool, building upon the strategic insights to create an actionable writing plan.
How to use this tool
- Select a Project you are working on, if available. (More information about Projects)
- Select the Document Collections that contain your Client Documents – this is optional but it will allow the AI to search for as much information as possible. (More information about Document Collections)
- EITHER : Select a question from the project questions to create an answer plan for OR manually enter the question text and assessment criteria into the box.
- Click Submit query

- Use after Question Analyser: The Answer Planner works best when you’ve already completed a strategic analysis of the question using the Question Analyser tool
