What does it do?

This tool transforms CVs into targeted, compelling documents that align precisely with tender requirements and client needs. It maintains complete accuracy, adapts language style and tone to match client preferences and offers specific recommendations where improvements could be made.

When would I use it?

Use this tool when you are looking to speak directly to what the client is looking for, maximising your chances of being shortlisted whilst maintaining complete honesty about your background and experience.

How to use it

  1. Select the Document Collections that contain your tender documents
  2. Enter identified Client Needs/Values/Behaviors and Key Experience Requirements. If left blank the tool will analyse the client documents to identify these.
  3. Upload your existing CV to adapt or paste in the CV you would like to work on and submit query.
  4. The tool will:
    • Analyse bid documents to identify client values, required experience, and evaluation criteria
    • Strategically rewrite your CV to emphasise the most relevant skills and achievements
    • Quantify accomplishments and align language with client expectations
    • Provide detailed optimization summaries showing how the CV matches requirements
    • Identify gaps and recommend enhancements to strengthen the application
