File Tags

You can now apply tags to files when you upload them and directly from the collections manager. This in the future will allow you to organise and utilise the tools using tags instead of collections.

Smart Document Tagging

New Auto Document Tagger now reads a document and suggests tags with clear reasoning. Tag suggestions appear automatically when you open a file, and you can edit them before saving to keep collections tidy.

File & Collection Control

New multi select allows you to delete and apply tags to multiple files at once. You can now preview PDF files from the collection manager.

Search & Retrieval Improvements

Search now runs on an upgraded engine, results are more accurate and load faster, improving citations and follow-up actions.

Using a single file

You can now select a single file to use with some of the AI tools, this document can be selected straight from your document collections.

Project management enhanced

New information fields have been added to projects to help organise and admins can now enable and manage a master project types and sectors list, keeping project data consistent.

Project Scoring Criteria

A master or universal scoring criteria can now be added to projects – this will apply to all questions in the project but can be individually turned off for specific questions.

Document Exports – Word & Excel

You can now export tables to Excel using the download button beneath each table. There are now greater controls for exporting word files with options on what to include in the downloaded document.

SharePoint improvements

SharePoint document sync now offers clearer browsing, tagging, and live status tracking for sites, drives, and folders.

Admin centre improvements

Document managers can now see the overall status of documents being processed by the AI, giving clearer information and understanding. Project management has now also been moved to the admin centre.
