Assess and Enhance – Detailed analysis

What does it do?

This tool provides a structured assessment of your tender response against the official question and criteria. It reviews your draft answer against the question, the scoring criteria, and the uploaded documents, then lists strengths, gaps, and practical improvements with document citations. It also gives an indicative score summary and a high priority action table you can use to tighten the answer quickly.

When would I use it?

Use this tool when you want a thorough, section-by-section evaluation of your draft response and you’re preparing for final refinement, aiming to impress evaluators with clarity and completeness.

How to use it

  1. Select your question/ requirement from the pre-loaded questions from your project. Alternatively, you can manually add a question and its scoring criteria.
  2. Upload your tender response below the question box, and submit your query.
  3. The tool will:
    • Build a client-led view of what ‘good’ looks like by picking out client’s priorities, KPI’s and any must do items and uses them as a basis for the review
    • Break down the question and criteria into specific requirements, check how well your draft covers them and flag weak or missing points.
    • Output a report that it well structured, with full citations from your uploaded documents
    • Score the draft under 4 headings and explain why, then list practical changes that would increase the score, using placeholders where additional information is needed in order to strengthen your case.
    • Create a priority action plan table, giving you the most important aspects of your review that need changing in order to prioritise scoring.

Top Tips For Best Results

  • Treat every ‹ADD EVIDENCE› and ‹CONFIRM POLICY› marker as a must close action before submission.
  • Keep your draft focused on the single question so the feedback stays specific
  • Include the full scoring criteria including any weightings and pass fail rules
