Collection Manager Introduction

The Collections Manager is your central hub for organizing documents in Blue Edge AI. Here you can create collections, upload files, and manage access settings with your team.

While there’s no strict limit on documents per collection, we recommend keeping collections focused and relevant. Large collections with diverse content may lead to less specific AI responses since the tools will process more varied information.

Managing Documents

Within each collection, you can:

  • View processing status and upload dates
  • Download individual files
  • Delete files as needed
  • Monitor document processing status

By organising your documents into focused collections, you’ll help the AI tools provide more relevant and precise responses for your specific needs.
