Compare With Past Responses
What does it do?
It compares your current draft tender answer with your best previous answers and shows what is strong, what is missing, and what to improve. It gives theme-by-theme feedback, a short example rewrite, and a prioritised action list, all backed by quoted evidence with file citations.
When would I use it?
Use this tool after writing a draft response but before final submission, especially if you are unsure if your tender response is thorough enough.
How to use it
- Select successful past responses from your document collections.
- Choose your question that the draft is answering from the pre-loaded questions, or manually add a question and all scoring criteria.
- Upload your current draft response and submit query.
- The tool will:
- Produce a structures report that start with a short overview, followed by a theme by theme breakdown. The breakdown provides strengths and weaknesses for each theme, and includes a short rewrite that uses prior responses to enhance your draft.
- Search your past responses for matching themes and strong examples and attach a citation to all quotes and borrowed content from past responses.
- Check your draft response against both the past responses and the question and scoring criteria for an optimised result.
Top tips for best results
- Use past responses that are closely related to the same contract type
- Include the full question and scoring criteria so the tool can assess the problem in as much depth as possible
- Include the strongest previous examples so the tool has a strong starting point in its analysis of the draft response
