What does it do?

This tool reviews your draft tender responses against your organisation’s previous submissions, checking:

• Whether your draft includes the right key points and themes.

• What important content may be missing.

• Where past responses were stronger and why.

• How to improve clarity, alignment with the question/criteria, and overall persuasiveness.

It doesn’t rewrite from scratch, but gives you targeted, evidence-based feedback so you can quickly strengthen your response.

When would I use it?

Use this tool after writing a draft response but before final submission, especially when:

• You’re unsure if your response is comprehensive enough.

• You want to ensure consistency with successful past bids.

How to use it

1. Select your previous submissions – From your document collections, choose the ones that will best reflect this current submission
2. Upload your document – Provide the specific document you need analysed (specifications, terms, technical requirements, etc.)
